Smartcat is uniquely positioned within the $100+ billion multilingual content industry, which is currently served by tens of thousands of agencies. It delivers high-quality, instantaneous AI translations or generates new content in any language by tapping into a customer-specific multilingual content library. The AI output is further refined through human editing by the client's internal reviewers or experts from the Smartcat's embedded global marketplace of linguists and content editors. This AI output continuously improves through the editing feedback loop, ensuring consistent and customer-tailored results.

Your work will span strategy, execution, and ownership optimizing every touchpoint in the customer journey, with AI at the heart of our operations.

Outcomes

  • Leadership & Strategy: craft and execute a bold vision for Revenue Operations that accelerates growth and drives efficiency, tailoring what Revenue Operations means for Smartcat. Champion an AI-first approach, leveraging advanced tools to revolutionize our workflows.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, Inspire, retain, structure and manage a team.
  • Collaboration & Communication: strong stakeholders management skills with business stakeholders, from CEO, CMO, VP Sales, VP Account Management, VP Finance etc. 
  • Spearhead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives like: Customer journey mapping, Territory roll outs, commission planning, CRM optimization, Marketing attribution. 
  • Full ownership of our revenue tech ecosystem, from budgeting to implementation to optimization.

Requirement

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations.
  • At least 5 years of leading and scaling revenue operations teams, ideally managing managers.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, and business savvy: strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into action.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Curiosity Mindset: the keen ability to dig into business opportunities and input to get to the root of hypotheses and problems, develop insights and learnings to be used across the company.
  • Experience in medium-sized SaaS organizations with a Product-Led growth, and learned from great leaders what good looks like a must.
  • AI-First Thinking: use AI as a lever for transformation and know how to wield it effectively.
  • Our tech stack: Hubspot CRM, Hubspot Marketing Hub, Chilipiper, Zoominfo, Clay, Gong, Zapier, Linkedin Sales Navigator.
