- 2+ years of experience in a Head-level position;
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for product or business line growth;
- Deep understanding of the iGaming market, from regulations to player needs;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders;
- Capability to set long-term goals and develop plans to achieve them;
- Coordination with casino game providers, platforms, and sports data suppliers;
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with KPIs and OKRs.
