Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Head of Sales UK & I for our office in Maidenhead.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own and execute the commercial strategy for Karo UK - turning brand ambition into market reality
  • Build powerful relationships with key retail partners across channels (Grocery, High Street, Pharmacy)
  • Lead joint business planning (JBP) with customers to drive mutual value and strategic alignment
  • Maximise distribution, visibility, and promotion of our brand portfolio
  • Champion the launch of innovation, ensuring standout execution and impactful distribution
  • Lead and inspire a team of National Account Managers (NAMs) to consistently deliver strong results
  • Drive full P&L ownership from top-line growth to bottom-line performance
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class execution
  • Always operate in line with our regulatory, compliance, and quality standards
Requirements

Competencies

Required:

  • Degree educated
  • At least 8 years of experience in a Consumer Health or FMCG environment
  • Sales and negotiation expertise
  • Strong JBP experience
  • Strong understanding of how consumer goods P&L’s work and how they can be influenced
  • Strong understanding of category analysis and key category drivers
  • Experience of building omnichannel plans
  • People Leadership experience

Preferred:

  • Experience within the Health and Beauty Care sector
  • Multichannel experience, i.e. Pharmacy/High Street and Grocery
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
