We are looking for Head of Solution Advisory, Financial Services to join our growth journey and lead talented financial services consultants as their team lead. We are looking for a people focused thought leader that will drive our unit’s mission in becoming one of the most successful organizations in bridging business and technology in the financial services segment.
You will be leading a team of highly skilled Solution Consultants and grow the team by hiring best in class professionals. You will be responsible for your team's continuous competence development and ensuring an excellent employee experience. Through your inspirational leadership you will nurture a team of professionals enabling us to provide world class services to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acquiring and retaining best talent
Building a community of professionals that share skills and experiences, and support each other
Career and competence development, team performance management
Exploring and adopting emerging new skillsets, such as changes in financial regulation or leveraging AI for business development
Building networks within the industry
Contributing to sales and customer relationships
Requirements:
A true passion and willingness to lead people – be a true people person at heart
Proactive attitude, drive, optimism, and ability to motivate and inspire others
Demonstrated experience working with the financial sector players in Finland as well as having a solid personal network within these
Proven track record of working with high performing Agile development teams
Experience in people management as a line manager
Experience from global working environments
Master’s degree with major in Economics or similar
Fluent knowledge of both Finnish and English language is required
