About the Role

  • Support the Head of External Communications and team in managing crisis communications where schools and school communities are impacted.
  • Lead the Stakeholder Communications team, providing mentorship, support and guidance to support team development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creativity.
  • Ensure communications align with IB brand and tone of voice, while enabling appropriate localisation to reflect market context and audience needs.
  • Ensure activities are delivered efficiently and effectively, managing budgets, performance metrics and resources to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to the creation, collection and curation of powerful, engaging stories and content that   nurture vibrant communities and enhance the IB’s reputation for enriching the lives of learners and educators across the globe.
