Job Description

To support the smooth running of HR operations by delivering accurate administrative support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off boarding. To contribute to a positive employee experience through efficient processes, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

  • Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes, and leavers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR systems, and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Prepare HR documentation, including contracts of employment, offer letters, amendment letters, and other employee correspondence.
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and professional support to employees and managers.
  • Assist with payroll administration by preparing and submitting employee information, changes, and supporting documentation within agreed timescales.
  • Support the administration of HR policies, procedures, and people processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisational requirements.
  • Produce reports, letters, and management information as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Office-based 3 days, 2 days working from home.

Some occasional travel may be required for training or multi-site support

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in similar role
  • Proficient in HR systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

Desirable

  • CIPD qualification (or working towards).
  • HR Systems Experience
