Job Description:
- What you will be doing
- Lead the Arrow Apprentice Program, overseeing its successful execution and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with all levels of the organization, including key leaders, to build and manage a high-performing HR function.
- Act as a strategic Business partner to the local management team, identifying key issues, uncovering root causes, and offering recommendations to drive improved business
- Support Employee Relations efforts by fostering relationships with a diverse, multicultural workforce, driving employee engagement, and addressing issues effectively.
- Enhance talent management initiatives by supporting the design and implementation of cost-effective, best-in-class employee development and retention strategies that align with business goals and promote a culture of productivity, safety, service, and quality.
- Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to local HR programs and policies that align with both short- and long-term business objectives.
- Work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to advise on and implement best practices, ensuring they align with organizational needs.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities to strengthen the company's culture.
- Prepare and provide ad-hoc HR letters as needed to support business operations.
- Oversee Arrow committees, ensuring active engagement and thorough implementation of programs.
- Design and manage annual HR projects assigned by the HR leader, ensuring successful completion and alignment with business priorities.
- Provide ongoing support to the HR manager and HR leader in the execution of day-to-day operations, special projects, and other key assignments.

- What We Are Looking For
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
- Works independently; receives minimal guidance
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
- Role involves flexibility to handle a variety of HR-related tasks as they come up.
- Good in MS office tools - Word ,Excel and PowerPoint
