Who You Are:

We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful HR Coordinator to support our client’s HR and compliance efforts. You thrive in managing processes, keeping documentation organized, and ensuring compliance at every level. You enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and are confident in managing administrative tasks with efficiency and precision.

Your Role:

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our client’s compliance and HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and maintaining HR and compliance documents.
  • Handling data entry and preparing accurate database reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with state-level regulations and implementing related processes.
  • Managing HR administration and coordination tasks to support a smooth employee experience.
  • Filing and maintaining contracts with precision and confidentiality.
  • Taking on additional ad hoc tasks as needed to assist the HR and compliance team.

You will collaborate with the client’s internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and efficient HR operations.

What We’re Looking For:

We value individuals with a strong work ethic and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities. To join us, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, compliance, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing HR systems and databases, with a quick ability to learn new tools.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements, particularly at the state level.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with HR software or compliance management tools.
  • Familiarity with contract administration and filing systems.
  • Previous experience working with a growing organization or a distributed team.
