Role Overview
This role is a dynamic blend of Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Operations. You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle—from writing job descriptions, screening top candidates, and managing reference checks to driving seamless onboarding, everyday HR routines, and conducting thoughtful off-boarding talks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full interview process end-to-end, ensuring a smooth, responsive, and positive candidate experience.
- Lead the onboarding and orientation process for new joiners across the UK and EU to ensure seamless integration.
- Handle daily HR administration, including employee record maintenance and basic payroll/benefits coordination.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave, and workplace support.
- Ensure local HR compliance with UK employment laws and basic European labor regulations.
- Manage the end-to-end offboarding process, including exit documentation and asset recovery coordination.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations roles (preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment).
- Hands-on experience conducting candidate screening interviews and managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines.
- Familiarity with UK employment laws and Right to Work (RTW) processes (knowledge of EU labor standards is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
