Human Resources Administrator

Successful London Restaurant Company | Marble Arch, London | Immediate Start

We have an opening for an experienced Human Resources Administrator at our head office.

The Role
Maintaining & updating the HR database & personnel systems
HR administration and systems control
To provide HR Administration support to the HR Director and Manager & carry out HR policies and procedures over all aspects of the HR function.
Production of offers / contracts / general correspondence
The organisation & administration of training (individual, statutory and group)
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will need:
At least 2 years’ experience within a HR role.
To have the unrestricted right to work in the UK
Excellent English skills
Good computer skills – both Word & Intermediate Excel
CIPD qualification (or studying towards a HR Qualification) is preferred but not essential.
A knowledge of the hospitality or service industry would be helpful
Remuneration & Benefits
-£25,000-£30,000 p.a dependent on experience
-The role is full time - 9am to 5.45pm.
