The Role:
Ping Identity is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with expertise in HR strategy, performance management, organisational development and change management. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving HR initiatives that align with Ping Identity’s values and business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the tech industry and exposure to EMEA operations and employment regulations.
The HRBP will collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business needs and support organisational change and growth. This role also focuses on enhancing the employee experience for both leadership and individual contributors (ICs), ensuring alignment with Ping Identity’s overall objectives.
You will:
- Collaborates with management regarding the development of business strategy, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Guides leaders through employee development and the performance coaching process, assists with performance discussions, performance improvement metrics, onboarding and termination processes.
- Establishes trust and credibility with leaders and employees by providing guidance on HR related issues and educating employees on policies, programs, and processes.
- Leads and drives change management initiatives, supporting business leaders in navigating organisational changes and cultural transformations to ensure smooth transitions and minimise disruption.
- Be an advocate of the Ping culture and mould a great workplace environment aligned with Ping's core values.
- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and constructive outcomes.
- Implements and communicates new programs and policies that align with Ping's overall strategy.
- Focuses on enhancing the overall employee experience, from onboarding to development and engagement, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment that fosters employee growth and satisfaction.
- Utilises HR data and analytics to provide insights that inform HR strategy, track employee engagement, identify trends, and measure the impact of HR programs on business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Talent, and Learning & Development, to ensure a seamless employee experience across the organisation.
- Ensures compliance with any applicable employment base regulations in the UK and EMEA region.
You have:
- Experience as a strategic business partner supporting a global organisation.
- Ideally has supported engineering and product teams, understanding the unique dynamics and talent needs within these areas.
- Proven background in human resources resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines; compensation practices, performance management, organisational diagnoses, talent management and respective employment laws
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including advanced experience working with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Knowledge of HRMS software
