What you will be doing:

You will work as a part of the HR UK Transformation and Digital Team where you’ll have the chance to be involved in projects that impact the Airbus business across all the core countries. 

You’ll get to be involved across a number of areas:

  • Transformation and Change: support the company transformation, introduction of new HR tools and the adoption of new ways of working across HR and the wider business;
  • Digital and Data: Improve HR operations and services through the deployment of new HR digital capabilities whilst enforcing respect of data protection standards and principles within HR;
  • HR4HR: working with the HR Business Partner for HR to promote the personal and professional development solutions available for the HR community;
  • Communication and Change Management: supporting all HR communications, project management and change support activities.

Requirements:

Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Studying towards a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Project Management, or equivalent;
  • Nice to have experience with Project Management;
  • Digital/data analysis experience is desirable;
  • You will ideally have experience of team working and enjoy the opportunity to work in a collaborative way across many projects and teams;
  • You should be happy to challenge the norm and seek opportunities to be creative and learn from these experiences;
  • Understanding the importance of successful relationships with customers and acknowledging that customer satisfaction is key!

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance OR You will be subject to a BPSS check (including a criminal record check).
