This is a hybrid remote role primarily responsible for managing complex customer project rollouts. The position involves working directly with customers, third-party installers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and execution.
What You Will Do- Collaborate with the Project Manager and ISR to schedule project orders.
- Maintain customer rollout schedules.
- Allocate stock to project orders and create manual project orders when needed.
- Schedule deliveries according to project timelines.
- Track orders and manage failed deliveries or DOA issues.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support order processing.
- Provide weekly stock control reports, including forecasting and back-order tracking.
- Generate daily shipment reports with serial numbers.
- Monitor open orders and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with risk management alongside the Project Manager.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, PowerAutomate, SharePoint).

- Maintain customer focus and report issues or feedback promptly.
- Comply with information security and data protection policies, including safeguarding information assets and reporting security weaknesses.
