Position: IELTS Program Developer

Summary:
The IELTS Program Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing preparatory programs for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). This role focuses on creating comprehensive study materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools to help students achieve their desired IELTS scores. The Program Developer will work closely with educators and language experts to ensure the program meets international standards and caters to the needs of various learner groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop IELTS preparatory courses, including curriculum, lesson plans, practice tests, and study materials.
  • Ensure alignment with the IELTS exam structure, covering all four components: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
  • Collaborate with educators and examiners to incorporate best practices for effective test preparation.
  • Continuously review and update the program based on student performance data, feedback, and changes in the IELTS exam format.
  • Monitor language learning trends and research to implement innovative teaching strategies and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Applied Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in developing IELTS or other standardized test preparation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of the IELTS exam structure and language acquisition principles.
  • Excellent instructional design and curriculum development skills.
  • Strong project management and collaboration abilities.
