Our Inside Sales team in Kaunas is looking for a motivated and communicative person to join us as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will build strong relationships with our customers, primarily in Germany, and engage in a variety of sales and customer service activities including sales support, pricing, quoting, financial reporting, business reviews, research and problem-solving.

This position offers a hybrid work model that allows you to work both from our office in Kaunas City Center and your home office.

About the job:
  • Provide support to the customers and the outside sales team in Germany (no cold calling is required)

  • Facilitate presales activities, manage, and track sample requests

  • Validate price offers for direct and indirect customers in CRM

  • Collect and analyze sales data for specific product groups

  • Follow-up on approved quotes, lost business, and end customer demand

  • Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction to drive sales by understanding customer needs

  • Maintain communication between marketing and sales to meet corporate objectives

About you:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a science field

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in electronics or manufacturing

  • Experience working in a cross-cultural environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language, strong basic knowledge of the German language

  • Very good Excel and analytical skills

  • Customer-focused with the ability to multitask and prioritize

The salary range is 2000 EUR gross – 2550 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
