Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

A role you will love

This is a role where you’ll have the opportunity to bring communications to life end to end, from shaping the approach to creating the content and delivering the final output. This is hands-on role, sitting within the Internal Communications team, where you’ll play a critical role in keeping the business connected, informing and engaging employees while protecting and promoting our brand.

Working closely with Information Security team, you’ll uncover the story behind complex initiatives and turn it into clear, relevant and engaging communications for a global audience. Alongside this, you’ll get involved with global internal communications campaigns and create content for our regular comms channels including internal news articles, presentations and SharePoint content. No two days will look the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact.

You’ll be expected to:

  • Build and deliver communications plans that support key security priorities
  • Advise and guide business partners on the best way to reach and engage employees
  • Create high-impact content across channels, from news articles and SharePoint to presentations and campaigns
  • Support and deliver town halls and internal events, both virtual and in-person
  • Simplify complex topics into clear, compelling storytelling
  • Bring consistency and clarity across messaging by connecting the messaging

What will you bring to the role?  

You’re a natural communicator who thrives on making the complex simple. You’re curious, proactive and confident working with others to shape messages that land. You enjoy owning your work, thinking strategically while delivering at pace, and being part of a team where ideas are shared and valued.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in internal or corporate communications, or a similar role
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • The ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, effective messaging
  • Confidence influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
  • A hands-on approach, with the ability to take ideas from plan through to delivery
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills in a dynamic environment

It would also be great if you have:

  • Experience working with Information Security, Cyber Security or other technical topics
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organisation
