Working alongside technical specialists, service owners, suppliers and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in helping organise and coordinate the continual development of our secure Microsoft-based digital environment.

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure and organisation to a busy environment, excels at coordinating multiple activities simultaneously and takes pride in ensuring commitments are tracked through to completion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor progress across projects, operational initiatives and improvement activities, highlighting risks, delays or dependencies requiring management attention.

  • Produce management reports, dashboards, presentations and delivery updates for senior stakeholders.

  • Act as a central point of coordination between technical teams, business stakeholders, suppliers and operational teams.

  • Support resource planning, workload coordination and prioritisation activities across the Digital Services portfolio.

  • Assist with project mobilisation, planning, governance and reporting activities.

  • Coordinate supplier engagement, deliveries and implementation activities where required.

  • Maintain project repositories, documentation, knowledge bases and administrative records.

  • Support compliance, audit and information security activities by coordinating evidence gathering, actions and documentation.

  • Drive consistency and good practice across delivery, governance and reporting processes.

  • Track strategic objectives, operational commitments and improvement initiatives to ensure progress remains visible and accountable.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Delivery Coordinator, Project Support Officer, Executive Assistant or similar coordination role.

  • Experience supporting technology, IT, digital or business change initiatives.

  • Excellent organisational, planning and administration skills.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

  • Experience maintaining project plans, action logs, RAID registers and governance documentation.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience producing reports, dashboards, presentations and management information.

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work within structured governance and security-conscious environments.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience supporting Digital, IT, Infrastructure, Cyber Security or Microsoft 365 programmes.

  • Experience working within Defence, Government or other highly regulated sectors.

  • Experience working with Project Online, Microsoft Project, Planner, Azure DevOps or similar tools.

  • Familiarity with ITIL, project governance or PMO environments.

  • Experience supporting operational service delivery teams.

  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) or cyber security governance.
