Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java programming.
- Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL).
- At least 2 years of experience with cloud technologies.
- Proven experience in BAU support, including incident management and process optimization.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Regulatory and Risk and Law technology environments.
- Familiarity with HR or regulatory application stacks.
- Exposure automation and process improvement tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in a global, collaborative team environment.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle service requests and incidents from multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of BAU activities.
- Manage and resolve incidents within the HR and Regulatory application stack.
- Streamline and optimize manual processes for greater efficiency.
- Work closely with database systems (such as SQL) to support application development and data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
