Your day-to-day will include:

  • Actively sourcing talent discovery on LinkedIn and other platforms, identifying promising candidates in the tech world.
  • Creating and nurturing a talent community and pipeline that's excited about Apify's mission.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand the key qualities they're looking for in candidates.
  • Crafting memorable candidate experiences that make people want to join our team.
  • Developing innovative recruitment strategies and bringing fresh ideas to people-related projects.
  • Representing Apify at tech events, where you'll network with potential future colleagues.

Your growth journey with Apify

First 3 months - the foundation:

  • Immerse yourself in Apify's culture and mission through interactive onboarding.
  • Master our recruitment tech stack and become proficient with our applicant tracking system (ATS) and communication tools.
  • Learn effective talent-sourcing techniques from our experienced team.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and understand what makes their teams tick.
  • Start your sourcing journey with guidance from senior team members.
  • Get hands-on experience with recruitment coordination - scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Learn how to measure success in recruitment and track your progress.

By 6 months - taking flight:

  • Gain a rock-solid understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop your unique sourcing approach and build talent pools that impress hiring managers.
  • Create innovative strategies for building candidate pipelines.
  • Help organize and lead recruitment events.
  • Contribute to our employer brand through social media and community engagement.
  • Work on Apify branding by sharing social media content and helping promote Apify.
  • Track and demonstrate your impact through key recruitment metrics.
