Job Description

The Employee provides high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries regarding merchant credit card processing, as well as other assigned areas. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and provides solutions to customers for service, authorization, and credit card terminal issues. Informs merchants of applicable policies, procedures, and practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• Customer Service Experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Basic knowledge of products, services, problem-solving practices and procedures, applicable regulations, systems and procedures

• Excellent telephone, interpersonal and verbal communication skills

• Problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Problem-solving and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult customer conversations

• Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex issues

• Proficient keyboarding and computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications

• Commitment to high quality customer service

• Good time management skills to maximize the number of customers who can be helped while maintaining a high level of customer service

• Very good English language skills
