The Role
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Junior Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team. This role is the heart of our daily operations. We need a “builder” who takes extreme ownership of their work, thrives under the pressure of deadlines, and is eager to master the complexities of fintech Treasury.
What You'll Do
Execute daily morning bank balance reporting and interest rate updates. Instruct payments driven by financial models with 100% accuracy.
Manage end-to-end KYC for new banking partners and lead the integration of new payment gateways.
Deliver high-stakes liquidity reports and analysis to senior leadership.
Proactively identify ways to improve risk management and financial performance. Assist in the evolution of our Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
Support fee negotiations and maintain professional rapport with global banking and trading partners.
Ensure rigorous adherence to risk frameworks and internal controls.
Partner with Product and Engineering to bring new financial improvements to life.
What You Need To Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a STEM field.
1–2 years in treasury, asset management, or financial services. We are also open to exceptionally driven and intelligent graduates.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (experience with modeling and pivot tables preferred).
Familiarity with ERPs, TMS, or banking portals/payment gateways.
Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
