One of the Countries most well known, forward thinking and respected property firms are now looking to recruit an Key Account Manager. This is a wonderful opportunity to work for a brilliant employer. You will be working from home and covering the Bristol, Cardiff, Oxfordshire, South West areas, managing your own diary and delivering on going training and support to partner agents. You will receive an excellent basic salary, car allowance, many further benefits and a realistic OTE of £70,000.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- To create a bespoke strategy for each Gold and Growth agent to deliver targeted results in line with the 3-year plan.
- To meet monthly with all business owners to build key relationships and ensure buy in from all key stakeholders and lines of management.
- To work closely with Growth Partners within the region to either progress them to Gold status or organise the handover of them to the internal account management team.
- To develop and maintain excellent working relationships and build rapport with all branch staff to maximise results.
- Conduct specific training and coaching sessions (in line with SLA’s) with branch managers and staff to maximise the level of auction leads and contracts in line with the 5 KPI’s.
- To create property target lists to take into all branch visits to develop lead levels.
- To attend key client’s monthly manager and partner meetings.
- Create a regular calendar of external training events in line with our SLA’s for negotiators and valuers to further drive lead and contract levels.
- To co-ordinate the handover of successfully on-boarded Partner agents from the External New Business Team into the External Key Account Management Team.
- To manage your own diary efficiently and effectively to enable you to attend a minimum of 3 appointments per day and adhere to the SLA’s surrounding Gold and Growth partners.
- Demonstrate flexibility around nationwide travel and overnight stays to support the wider business.
- To ensure that all agents have access to the suite of marketing material in place and that they buy in to creating a strategy around its use.
Candidate Qualities:

- Candidates from an Estate Agency background are preferred but candidates from a Lettings background will be considered

- Customer centric and able to build long standing relationships
- Extensive property and market knowledge
