Join the team and own the key account management of designated Asset Owners in Oil & Gas, Chemical Industries within defined European region and renewable market.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to

  • Identify, develop and maintain strong business contacts with defined Oil & Gas – Chemical Asset Owner and their subsidiaries including relevant Engineering companies (EPC) within the defined European Region / country including the Renewable business.
  • Make sure that Hempel is specified with the most suitable and competitive systems within the Asset Owners approval system
  • Maintain complete and detailed overview of current and future construction and maintenance projects, within the Oil &Gas and Chemical segment.
  • Initiate and drive all the necessary actions together with the Hempel sales teams in order to secure the orders for the targeted projects
  • Accountable for the development & implementation of the Oil and Gas strategy and the operational plans for the asset owners as well as the definition and delivery of the value proposition for every new product be introduced to the majors.
  • Periodically evaluate the performance of Hempel and competitor approved systems and provide feedback on performance.
  • Take an active role within Oil and Gas and Renewable segment, NACE forums.
  • Ensure projects, MoM and customer contacts are tracked correctly in CRM

  • Engineering background with strong commercial / business capabilities or vice-versa
  • Strong Business Development Background
    Willingness to travel
  • Strong networking and negotiating skills.
  • Dedicated personality and high energy.
  • International exposure, fluency in English and local language, cultural differences awareness.
  • Customer and results orientation.
  • Ability to work both at high (strategic) level and on details.
