Job Description

In this role, you will manage relationships with existing and new customers to achieve order intake targets. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead customer account planning and ensure customer needs are met in collaboration with the wider Business Unit Team. 

  • Ensure all sales order targets are met. 

  • Update and champion CRM for current account status. 

  • Provide weekly opportunity and bid forecasting. 

  • Maintain and deliver the Key Account Plan. 

  • Ensure strategic priority opportunities are won. 

  • Link sales and strategy to deliver the Business Plan. 

  • Contribute to Business Unit strategic direction and planning. 

  • Target and develop new opportunities for accounts. 

Qualifications

  • Ideally degree qualified (in a science, engineering or technical subject)
  • Experience in the nuclear or energy sector, ideally within engineering consultancy, would be a strong benefit. 
  • Proven track record in sales and account management. 

  • Experience in CRM systems. 

  • Excellent forecasting and pipeline analysis skills. 

  • Ability to develop and execute Key Account Plans. 

  • Strong collaboration and leadership abilities. 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.

Desired Skills 

  • Knowledge of Assystem's services and solutions. 

  • Experience with gated review processes. 

  • Ability to lead solution development efforts. 
  • Experience in business development processes and standards.
