As Lead Business Analyst, you will lead discovery and design across complex transformation programmes. You will help teams improve processes, systems, data flows and operating models.

You will turn ambiguity into clear requirements, future-state processes and practical solution options. Your work will support better decisions, stronger adoption and measurable business outcomes. This role gives you broad visibility across Graphcore. You will influence change from early concept through to delivery.

The team and culture

The Data & Transformation team delivers cross-functional change that improves how Graphcore operates and scales. Work happens through close partnership with teams across the organisation.You will lead discovery, facilitate workshops and connect business needs to delivered outcomes. Decisions are shaped through evidence, structured analysis and constructive challenge. You will be trusted to bring order to complex problems and move work forward. Success means building credibility quickly, taking responsibility and delivering change that lasts.

What we're looking for

· Experience leading business analysis activities on complex transformation, process improvement or systems change initiatives
· Strong capability in discovery, process mapping, requirements definition and future-state process design
· Ability to analyse business processes, systems and data to identify opportunities and evaluate solution options
· Ability to build credibility with stakeholders, facilitate decisions and bring structure to ambiguous problems
· Strong documentation skills, including business requirements, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria
· Experience supporting testing, implementation and business readiness to help ensure successful adoption
