Your future role within QRT:

As a Lead Full Stack Web Developer, you will:

  • Lead a small team of 3 developers based in EMEA and APAC.
  • Collaborate with global teams to design, build and maintain internal web-based platforms and developer tools.
  • Work closely with backend, DevOps and infrastructure engineers to deliver robust and scalable solutions across our hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Act as a bridge between user experience and technical execution, ensuring high usability, performance and reliability.
  • Be involved in every stage of the software lifecycle: from ideation and design to deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Help define best practices in frontend/backend architecture.

Your present skill set:

  • Strong experience with Vue.js for frontend development (React is a plus but Vue is preferred).
  • Proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend services.
  • Solid knowledge of TypeScript and frontend development best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with security protocols such as OAuth2 and JWT.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows.
  • Experience working with the AWS stack and managing on-premises production systems.
  • Prior experience in project management or comparable responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset for working with a distributed team across time zones.
  • A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously while aligning with team goals.
