About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically adept Senior Data Product Manager to lead the development of a next-generation data platform that will serve as the foundation for analytics, integrated risk management, and agentic AI use cases across Enablon’s product ecosystem.

This is a strategic role that requires a deep understanding of data architecture, API ecosystems, and enterprise-grade product management. You will be responsible for defining and executing the vision for a unified data model and platform that enables scalable, secure, and intelligent data services across our suite of risk and ESG solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the roadmap for a scalable data platform supporting analytics, AI, and integrated risk management.

  • Align platform capabilities with business needs, customer use cases, and long-term product strategy.

  • Lead the creation of a holistic data model that spans multiple domains (risk, compliance, ESG, operations).

  • Collaborate with engineering and domain experts to ensure data integrity, interoperability, and extensibility.

  • Own the strategy and lifecycle of data APIs, ensuring they are robust, secure, and developer-friendly.

  • Define standards for data access, governance, and integration across internal and external systems.

  • Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities.

  • Evangelize the data platform internally and externally, driving adoption and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure the platform adheres to data privacy, security, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO).

  • Implement metadata management, lineage tracking, and audit capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on data platforms or enterprise data products.

  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical products in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.

  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and modern data stack technologies.

  • Experience with API management platforms, RESTful services, and data integration frameworks.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data lakes, and analytics tools.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in cross-functional settings.

  • Passion for building foundational capabilities that unlock innovation and scale.

Why Join Us

At Enablon, we’re building the future of integrated risk and ESG management. You’ll be at the heart of this transformation, shaping the data backbone that powers intelligent decision-making and sustainable operations for global enterprises.

Our Interview Practices

To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts. Our interview process is designed to assess your individual skills, experiences, and communication style. We value authenticity and want to ensure we’re getting to know you—not a digital assistant. To help maintain this integrity, we ask to remove virtual backgrounds and include in-person interviews in our hiring process. Please note that use of AI-generated responses or third-party support during interviews will be grounds for disqualification from the recruitment process.

Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
