- Develop and execute comprehensive project and program plans, integrating technical requirements and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables, driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Drive adoption and integration of new technologies and processes, implementing change management plans.
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks, maintaining project momentum and implementing contingency plans.
- Monitor and assess program and project performance, reporting outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Facilitate communication, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Lead and coach project teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance transformation strategies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Track record in project/program management, change management, and process improvement.
- Experience working with senior leadership and managing stakeholder relationships.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic transformation plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to assess program performance and implement data-driven solutions.
