About The Role:

To support CrowdStrike’s incredible global growth, we are seeking an L&D/Employee Experience Specialist. You will drive, coordinate, facilitate and deliver learning solutions to enable continuous growth and development of CrowdStrike employees, as well as manage the development and evolution of Employee Experience programs to ensure delivery of consistently impactful employee experiences across the entire employee lifecycle/journey. You will own end-to-end learning programs and experiences including key success program metrics and goals, manage relationships with external consultants and vendors, partnering with internal subject matter experts, key stakeholders, and establishing communication and scaling plans. This role requires a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a creative problem-solver, be able to pivot and change direction confidently to meet the needs of the business and deliver strong project management skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and lead Employee Experience (EX) programs with a lens to amplify the moments that matter throughout their CrowdStrike experience, including FalconFit Total Wellbeing, Anniversary and Recognition programs, Great Place to Work initiatives, XLR8, Annual Holiday Programing, Employee Engagement and Pulse Surveys

  • Build and manage relationships with Operations leaders, People Strategy/HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to understand the function's strategy and priorities, and translate that to goals for TEAL programs

  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs) and functional stakeholders to perform needs analysis, scope projects, and evaluate existing materials to identify the appropriate approach and content for CrowdStrike’s diverse audiences

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive live in-person or virtual course content to employees across the region

  • Manage learning and employee experience programs end-to-end, from scope definition to delivery strategies, through regular updates and maintenance, that ensure training stays relevant to the changing and growing business environment

  • Oversee the scheduling, and logistics for L&D and EX programming and events, both virtually and in person.

  • Provide learning admin support, including LMS administration, intranet communications and content repository site management

  • Create ways to amplify our Core Values and build employee connections; keep employees informed, engaged, inspired and ensure employees feel heard, valued, respected and their work is impactful

  • Partner with the Talent Readiness team to support programs such as CrowdStrike Alignment Reviews (CARs) and 360 feedback surveys

  • Provide regional support in driving our Global Employee Engagement Survey, partnering with the HRBP team on communicating results and action planning

  • Act as a conduit and share knowledge, insights and feedback from the region to the wider Talent Experience and Learning team

What You’ll Need

  • Located commutable to our Barcelona, Spain or Reading, UK offices

  • 2+ years of experience and comfortability facilitating, teaching, and presenting to a wide range of employee audiences across in-class and virtual environments

  • 3+ years of experience partnering, collaborating, and consulting multiple internal business partners and stakeholders

  • Experience driving programs and projects in one or more of the following areas: employee experience, employee engagement, employee journey management, organizational development, human resources

  • Experience with adapting learning content in multiple delivery formats, from self-guided learning to virtual (on-camera) delivery to in-person learning experiences

  • Experience with localization of global programs

  • Passion for learning, leadership and employee development

  • Experience using multiple feedback channels (qualitative and quantitative) to find opportunities, identify gaps, design solutions, and drive improvements

  • Open, transparent leadership style with a strength in developing alignment across the organization and influencing at all levels

  • Ability to make high quality decisions effectively and efficiently

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Must possess superior organizational skills and be able to prioritize and work simultaneously on several projects

  • A team player who works cross functionally, acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience
