Capco is perfectly placed to help Lenders on this journey, by operating at the intersection of business and technology, and combining innovative thinking with unrivalled industry knowledge to fast-track transformation initiatives for Financial Services. 

Capco is looking for Business Analysts and Project Managers (from Associate to Manager level) with experience across the commercial lending journey from within a lender, technology, or consulting domain. 

The ideal candidate will have transformation experience in one or more stages of the lending journey:

  • Sales / origination across the spectrum of commercial clients
  • Commercial lending products
  • Credit application process
  • Credit approval process
  • Post approval operations and documentation
  • Broader reporting and monitoring across the lending lifecycle

These roles offer the chance to help lenders to fundamentally reshape and disrupt the banking landscape within the UK today, by helping to establish new perspectives and working with clients to successfully design and deliver change across all facets of their business and technology. 

The preferred candidate will be expected to: 

  • Operate as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or Product Manager / Owner within the commercial lending space
  • Support the delivery of key strategic client engagements
  • Support the build of Capco’s lending capability within the Banking & Payments domain
  • Contribute to Capco thought leadership and propositions 
  • Bring intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn 

Skills and Experience 

Capco prides itself on the standards of excellence it brings to client engagements, and we are looking for people to join our team with skills and experience in the following areas: 

  • Experience in working as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Product Manager / Owner
  • A good understanding of end to end business transformation concepts and processes from design to development and launch
  • Experience of Lending in either a lender, technology, or consulting domain 
  • Detailed understanding on one or more stages of the lending journey
  • Perspective and insight on what the future of lending looks like, the opportunity that lenders face and how to deliver on this vision  
  • Proven stakeholder management skills – Including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders of varying seniority, tailoring messages appropriately and understanding escalation routes 
  • Comfortable working with limited clarity and applying an innovative and flexible approach to working 
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to present complex ideas in simple ways 
  • Experience of working well within a team, and the confidence to take the initiative when necessary

Additional Requirements 

Flexible work practice as working on client site is an essential requirement. 

100% Travel to client site may be required. 

You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks and other financial institutions in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.
