Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital/Ecommerce Team. Reporting into the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, our Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the ideation, briefing, build and optimisation of key lifecycle programmes including product launches, engagement comms and rules based, automated campaigns.

The Role 
Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Confident in executing scalable & technically-best-in-class email programmes
  • Contributes to the email testing framework, considering creative and audience test options
  • Own regular KPI performance reporting and create actionable insights that can be shared across the lifecycle & wider digital department
  • Responsible for key campaign and programme KPIs like deliverability, unsubscribe rates and conversion rate 
  • Maintain key stakeholder relationships and suggest improvements to processes to ensure efficient collaboration across teams
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders across key tools like ESPs and Refer and Friend platforms - ensuring we understand and maximise capabilities
  • Guides and mentors Lifecycle Assistant where appropriate ensuring consistent ways of working across the team
  • Responsible for ad hoc adjustments to automation campaigns (out of stock products, adjustments during launches etc)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ad hoc problems - collaborating with BI and tech teams as required
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practises to continually improve
  • Regular market research across all Lifecycle initiatives
Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Passionate about lifecycle marketing: Strong understanding of email marketing and hands-on experience with building emails (ideally within Ometria). Awareness of technical and creative email best practices
  • An advocate for the customer: Keeps the voice of the customer front of mind. Understanding of customer lifecycle stages and experience in delivering tailored messaging for each stage
  • Collaborative: Experience working across creative and wider marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice
  • Analytical: Experience reporting against KPIs and uncovering actionable insights that help drive performance improvements.  Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • A Self Starter: Highly organised with autonomous time management skills. A quick learner, who enjoys a fast paced environment and adapts to new tasks and priorities quickly
  • Organised: An incredible multitasker who can handle a challenge and manage project delivery effectively
  • Creative: Curious, with flawless attention to detail. You should be passionate about creating journeys that surprise and delight customers
