We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to define and execute partner marketing and demand generation with our EMEA channel partners, including VARs, MSSPs, MSPs, GSIs, and Distributors.

This role will report to the Global Director of Partner Marketing and work alongside the EMEA Partner Sales team with a focus on defining and implementing joint marketing to and with partners, think strategically about where to invest resources, and gain satisfaction from driving marketing campaigns to deliver on business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner Strategy & Management: Design and implement targeted partner marketing strategies to drive growth and strengthen relationships with EMEA partners. Activate global joint partner marketing plans and campaigns across the Geo and align with regional field marketing teams for local execution.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Create, launch, and optimize joint marketing campaigns, including digital, events, content, and social media initiatives. Develop detailed campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, call to action, marketing distribution channels, follow-up activities, and success metrics.
  • Content Creation: Lead the development of joint messaging and co-marketing content such as case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and promotional materials in collaboration with the Qualys Product Marketing team.
  • Performance Tracking: Forecast, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing programs, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and provide detailed reports to internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee and coordinate partner-related events across EMEA, including conferences, regional events, training workshops etc. Ensure successful execution and measurable impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader company objectives and messaging, to amplify our partner strategy, grow pipeline through partners, and support ‘to’, ‘through’ and ‘with’ partner programs
  • Market Research: Stay informed about EMEA industry trends, competitive activities, and market conditions to enhance marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in fast growth B2B enterprise technology company
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and building partner marketing programs and campaigns
  • Experience in planning and executing demand generation tactics such as partner webinars, newsletters, tradeshows, email campaigns, scale campaigns etc.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, and 6sense
  • Excellent collaboration skills to influence and project management across multiple teams and work streams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills, enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in translating marketing efforts into measurable business impact and outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for effective project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrives in a high energy, fast growth environment.
  • BA in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
