What this job can offer you

We are looking for someone to spearhead our EMEA sales team for our revolutionary Contractor Management product. Remote has developed a multi-country Contractor Management product that supports managing your contractors, automating your admin, mitigating compliance risks, and ensure payment for your team.

As the first manager on the team, you will have the opportunity to create a new sales process from scratch and hire a specialized senior team. This role is perfect for an entrepreneurial individual seeking a leadership challenge.

Most importantly, you will have the chance to shape Remote's Contractor Management product through customer feedback and create a completely new go-to-market strategy. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the new wave of Contractor Management products.

What you bring

  • Experience building new business from scratch or launching new solutions to complex problems
  • Entrepreneurial and a self-starter mentality
  • Experience in driving complex sales cycles
  • Previous successful experience in an Account Executive role or ideally sales management
  • Understanding of the Contractor Management market
  • English plus a second European language is a plus
  • Has the ability to build trust with clients and serve as their advisor or consultant
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Strong business acumen

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire and manage a high performing team of account executives focused on selling Contractor Management
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase market penetration and boost our Contractor Management product's market share
  • Hit quarterly revenue and new logo targets
  • Identify segments where our Contractor Management solution can provide business value and sell them through inspiring solution selling with our clients
  • Collaborate with our Product team to help shape the best product in the market
  • Build the necessary framework to get the team to self-generates leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, cold call premise visits, networking
  • Work with other parts of Remote to ensure happy and successful clients

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The On-Target Earnings for this position is between $96,000 USD to $216,000 USD. The base salary is 60%. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
