The Role:
 
As a Market Support Assistant, you will support the Market Support Team and help oversee the stock allocation and distribution to our customers.

This role is part-time and temporary, 3 days per week. There will be some flexibliity to work from home, as part of our Hybrid Working Policy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Market Support:

 - Supporting team members on a day-to-day basis, including order entry, Stock checks, Transfers
- Produce reports both on a regular basis and ad hoc as requested
- General administration and answering general email enquiries
- Producing necessary paperwork to ensure internal and external customers are kept fully up to date
- Develop a good knowledge of the product collection

- Liaising with senior members of the team, ensuring information is kept consistently up to date
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested

Skills and Experience Required:

·       A passion to provide excellent Customer Service
·       Advanced computer skills - particularly Outlook and Excel
·       Capability to keep calm under pressure, retaining a friendly and professional manner
·       Good communication skills
·       Willingness to learn
·       Excellent Administrative skills and attention to detail
·       Proactive and self-motivated
·       Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks
