About the right team member

ClassPass is seeking a dynamic and highly analytical Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving our consumer acquisition and retention strategy, enhancing our marketing efforts through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data manipulation tools such as Excel and SQL, and ideally familiarity with Python and Tableau. 

About the role

  • Own and manage B2C acquisition metrics, including monitoring, forecasting, and reporting. 
  • Analyze acquisition and retention KPIs across different channels (e.g. SEM, paid social) and regions. 
  • Conduct deep dives into drivers of performance for marketing campaigns. 
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign performance. 
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data to improve campaign effectiveness, presenting findings to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BI, product, finance, and engineering to support strategic decisions. 
  • Develop and implement a media mix model to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing channels. 

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Business discipline; master’s degree preferred. 
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing or a related quantitative field. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting. 
  • Experience with Python and Tableau for advanced analytics and visualization is desirable. 
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels metrics (acquisitions, CPA, LTV). 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 
  • Experience with statistical analysis and modelling techniques. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
