The Challenge.

We're seeking a Marketing & Communications Lead to join our dynamic and rapidly scaling company at a pivotal stage. You will be our first Marketing hire and a key member of the leadership team, spearheading and executing all aspects of our marketing, brand and communications strategy.

What we need you to do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives sustainable growth.

  • Lead brand strategy and management, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels.

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, social, content, PR, events) to drive client acquisition and engagement.

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, articles, white papers, videos, social media content, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.

  • Manage the company's public relations efforts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key media outlets.

  • Track and analyse key marketing metrics (website traffic, social media engagement, customer acquisition cost, ROI) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximise marketing impact.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key industry influencers and partners.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in high-growth tech startups.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for healthtech and a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.

  • Proficiency in an array of Marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
