Lime is the largest global shared micromobility business, operating in close to 30 countries across five continents. We’re on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. Our electric bikes and scooters have powered more than one billion rides in cities around the world. Named a 2025 Time 100 Most Influential Company, Lime continues to set the pace for shared micromobility globally, spurring a new generation of clean alternatives to car ownership.

Lime is hiring a Marketing & Content Specialist for the UK to join our Global Communications & Brand team in London! In this role, you will report into the Communications & Brand Lead for UKI and work closely with the local communications, and global brand team. You will further elevate Lime’s brand in the UK, finding ways to proactively supercharge brand love and cultural relevance with our riders throughout multiple touchpoints (rider communications, campaigns, events and partnerships), and be responsible for reporting measurable impact back to the business through data.

We’re looking for someone that is creative, ambitious, quick-thinking and social savvy - you should have excellent time management and organisation skills, and be comfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced working environment autonomously. You should have a demonstrated track record in measurement, showing how the brand team’s work translates into business impact and delivers against company goals.

This role will also offer you the freedom to bring your own ideas to life, so we’re after a creative, self-starter that has their finger on the pulse of trends and thinks outside the box. As well as being a pro at copy and content creation, experience in social media (paid and unpaid), events, partnerships and influencer management is key. If you’re the friend that is chronically online, and knows everything that’s happening in pop culture, we want to speak to you!

You will work as part of a talented team of communications and marketing professionals located in cities around the world, as well as a smart, friendly local cross-functional team in London.

This is a hybrid-role with time split between Lime’s London Office in central London and remote working. The applicant must be London-based.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and execute local brand campaigns; including influencers, activations, pop-ups, events and partnerships from start to finish; acting as main POC for coordination with external partners

  • Generate proactive (and reactive) ideas based on data and customer insights that place Lime’s brand at heart of UK culture - with a focus on growing Lime’s brand outside of London

  • Draft, as well as adapt and localise, any brand focussed rider communications (emails, IAM, push)

  • Write and create local brand content, ensuring local language and cultural nuance as well as applying our global brand tone, style, structure and voice to all copy and content

  • Work with cross functional partners across different business functions to build Lime’s brand (including but not limited to: communications, government relations, local operations, rider growth and campaigns) - and report campaign metrics and success back to the business

  • Support global social media manager in creating content for Instagram and TikTok (using tools like Figma, Capcut), and lead on drafting local social media plans and content (paid and unpaid)

  • Monitor Lime's social media channels for interesting local UGC to reshare/engage, and manage Lime’s UK DMs to build and grow Lime’s relationships with influencers and riders

  • Manage existing partnerships network, and identify opportunities for collaboration with new and like minded local brands and organisations (both paid and value exchange)

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience in content and brand marketing, ideally with lifestyle brands either in-house or agency side

  • Demonstrated ability to connect your work to measurable business impact, and approach projects with this goal in mind - you should use data and analysis to inform decisions and prove impact

  • Master of multiple writing styles - ability to adapt writing style depending on audience and channel with ease

  • Highly organised with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects

  • Collaborative, creative and detail-oriented - proven ability to work autonomously, with a get-it-done attitude

  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent

Preferred experience:

  • A keen eye for photo curation, design and sourcing relevant and engaging content

  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Photoshop & Premiere is desirable - as well as experience in using AI

  • Experience in media buying and paid social is beneficial, but not essential
