The Marketing Data Analyst will analyze marketing campaigns, validate data quality, maintain dashboards, and support A/B testing while collaborating with teams.

We are on the lookout for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics Department.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of retargeting, performance, and media campaigns.
- Perform user segmentation, prepare samples, and analyze audience behavior across funnels.
- Validate data quality in sources and data marts; ensure correctness and completeness of marketing data.
- Work with new data sources: understand structure, export logic, and ensure proper data consistency.
- Maintain and update existing dashboards (metrics, filters, visualizations).
- Support automation of recurring analytical processes and reporting.
- Participate in preparation, execution, and analysis of A/B tests.
- Collaborate with marketing/ crm/ media buying teams to deliver actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills (JOINs, GROUP BY, subqueries, basic window functions).
- Understanding of data structures and experience with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker Studio).
- Strong understanding of how advertising platforms work: impressions, clicks, attribution, event tracking.
- Solid knowledge of marketing metrics (ROI, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.).
- Attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, and analytical thinking.
- Willingness to learn new tools and analytical approaches.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic).
- Python skills for data analysis (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn).
- Experience building small automations or analytical pipelines.
- understanding of A/B testing methodology.
- English - B2 / Russian - native.
