Marketing Executive (6 Month Maternity Cover)

We're looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to provide maternity cover for a period of 6 months, starting December 2025. You'll join a small dynamic team, to deliver brilliant marketing support, during a period of change and growth.
On any given day you could be doing many of the following:

• To support the Eden Marketing team across B2C and B2B marketing channels to ensure all activity is delivered to a high standard that delivers results.
• Plan, execute and measure key campaigns and projects across all channels including social, organic, PPC and CRM.
• Create digital content in a variety of formats that is published across channels.
• Create and manage automated email marketing that targets different customer segments.
• Create performance reporting and evaluate marketing activity performance that impacts our website traffic, quote conversion and audience engagement.
• Ensure our brand is clear and consistent across all communication and channels.

• Degree level qualification in marketing.
• 3-5 years' experience in fast-paced commercial consumer-focussed environment.
• Experience of producing different formats of digital content including website, social and video.
• Experience of improving search engine optimisation.
• Email planning, execution and measurement including audience segmentation. HubSpot experience essential.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting.
• Evidence of delivering results and commerciality.
• Awareness of marketing and data privacy regulations
