We are open to candidates with a broad range of qualifications and experiences including university degrees, marketing specific qualifications (e.g. CIM), apprenticeships and relevant work experience.

  • Enthusiastic, personable, a great teammate with a flexible, ‘can do’ demeanour.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of internal and external partners.

  • Experience in planning and executing successful in-person and/or virtual events, Strong written communication skills preferably with experience writing for business-related audiences.

  • Efficient and thorough approach to project management.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Understanding of website and email management, including previous use of a content management system (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

What do we offer in return?

A career that you define. At Howden, we value diversity – there is no one Howden type. Instead, we’re looking for individuals who share the same values as us:

  • Our successes have all come from someone brave enough to try something new

  • We support each other in the small everyday moments and the bigger challenges

  • We are determined to make a positive difference at work and beyond

Reasonable adjustments

We're committed to providing reasonable accommodations at Howden to ensure that our positions align well with your needs.  Besides the usual adjustments such as software, IT, and office setups, we can also accommodate other changes such as flexible hours* or hybrid working*.
