Support regional marketing campaigns and materials across digital, events, and sales centre activity. Manage regional digital channels, assist with site launches and supplier liaison, track performance, and ensure brand-aligned marketing support to drive leads and sales.
As a Marketing Graduate within the Regional Sales team, you will support the delivery of marketing activity that drives sales performance and enhances the Miller Homes brand at a regional level. You will gain hands-on experience across a range of marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, campaigns, events, customer communications, and sales centre support.
Working closely with the regional Sales and Marketing teams, you will help ensure marketing materials and initiatives are aligned to regional objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of regional marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales.
- Assist with the creation, coordination, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and sales centre assets.
- Help manage digital channels such as regional website content, social media, and email communications.
- Support the organisation and promotion of site launches, sales events, and local marketing activity.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales team to ensure marketing activity aligns with sales priorities.
- Liaise with external agencies and suppliers where required.
- Assist in tracking marketing activity and reporting on performance and results.
- Ensure all marketing materials are produced in line with brand guidelines and approvals processes.
- You will work closely with the Group Sales and Marketing teams to ensure marketing activity is aligned with wider Group objectives, brand guidelines, and commercial priorities.

- A driving license will also be mandatory for this role.
- Travel to and from the Worcester office for a set number of days will also be required.
