Our team is growing at a fast pace and we want a Marketing Manager to drive solid results to support sales growth. The marketing team works across the business, with involvement from Sales, Customer Support, Product, and Operations to find new and exciting ways of presenting our solution – whether through digital campaigns, events, PR, thought leadership pieces and many other routes.
The primary function of the role is to collaborate with agencies and internal teams working on our content, social, PR & brand, product, video, web and design to create and execute a comprehensive and successful global marketing plan.
In this role you will have to be both a leader and an individual contributor. You will need to know when to rely on someone else and when to go for it yourself, or who might be best placed to help.
Results are everything, so aside from creating and running a rock-solid plan, you’ll need to analyse data from Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and GA4 web analytics amongst others, to gauge the efficacy of marketing.
You will organise and lead weekly, monthly and quarterly calls where you present the results of the team’s activity, your analysis and suggestions for improvement, based on this analysis. Your success will be measured simply – on marketing results (leads, conversion rates), contribution to pipeline and return-on-investment.

Some typical responsibilities include
- Create engaging, well written content and leverage procurement knowledge for effective marketing.
- Manage our Public Relations agency to ensure seamless communication and brand representation while looking for opportunities to increase our visibility in the market with potential customers, investors, influencers, and media.
- Run marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Organize marketing activities, analyst relations, and storytelling (social media, webinars, customer success stories, videos, stories/pitching.)
- Project manage our events and initiatives to enhance our brand presence.
- Utilize marketing experience within the enterprise SaaS sector to develop lead generation tactics and fill the sales funnel for driving growth.
- Pactum website, branding guidelines, and template maintenance and updates.
- Online and offline community and network building in Pactum’s core geographies.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and support communications.
You are likely to succeed if you…
- Have 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
- Hold a passion for the future of technology and understand Pactum’s product.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed and quality control.
- Are detail oriented and yet, are able to see the big picture and all the moving parts.
- Have experience working within a B2B SaaS company.
- An understanding of procurement, SCM or SRM is a plus.
- Are proficient with various sales and marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Wordpress, Salesforce, and others.
- Have expertise with a variety of inbound & outbound lead generation strategies.
- Have strong analytical skills, with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
- Have great organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines at the same time.
- Have managed external relationships with marketing agencies and suppliers.
- Show a positive and problem-solving attitude while working with different stakeholders.
- Are willing to travel for events.
- Are flexible in times of change and adapt accordingly.
