- Use project management tools like Wrike to stay organized, manage deadlines, and optimize workflows for flawless execution.

- Proven success in managing marketing programs – you’ve rocked trade shows, events, and channel marketing initiatives.
- A knack for project management with the ability to juggle multiple programs without dropping the ball.
- Experience tracking, reporting, and analyzing marketing performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaboration.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Wrike) to keep projects on track and team productivity high.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing program management, preferably in B2B or lighting/electrical industries.
- A passion for working with cross-functional teams and bringing big ideas to life.
- Experience managing budgets and working with CRM/marketing automation tools is a plus.
