Your Team:

 

The Marketing team is responsible for developing and leading programs at all stages of the marketing funnel, to drive demand and create opportunities for our global sales team. 


Your Role:


As a Marketing Specialist for the EMEA region, you will take on a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing programs that drive sales pipeline. You will be responsible for supporting a global team of marketers with the planning & execution of the EMEA conference calendar, hosted customer events, global webinars and joint activities with our partner channel.


What You Will Accomplish: 


Execute Regional Marketing Plan: Collaborate closely with the EMEA Regional Marketing Manager to implement and drive the execution of the regional marketing strategy and plan.


Event Management: Provide support for the end-to-end execution of Magnet hosted events, conferences, tradeshows in the EMEA region. This includes overseeing logistics, , onsite branding &asset coordination, translation management, lead retrieval/upload, post-event surveys, and follow-up communications.


Translation Support: Support translation management for French and German materials (sales materials, websites, etc.) as needed. 


Global Webinars & Virtual Events: Lead the execution of all partner and regional webinars and support large-scale virtual events like the Magnet Virtual Summit 2025. You will manage all aspects of virtual event technology and platforms such as ON24 and Zoom Webinars, ensuring smooth execution and seamless attendee experiences. 


Partner Support & Process Standardization: Assist in developing and maintaining standardized global event marketing processes that ensure consistency across regions. Support global partners in the planning and execution of joint marketing events, webinars and joint activities. 


Event Technology & Tools: Leverage event management systems (Cvent), marketing automation tools (Pardot), and CRM systems (Salesforce) to streamline event operations, track performance, and ensure efficient execution of all events. 


Swag Inventory Management: Oversee the operational elements of events, managing the logistics and coordination of branded materials for EMEA region. Ensure timely and efficient handling of event budgets, purchase orders (POs), accruals, and reconciliation processes. 


Reporting & Analytics: Track key metrics for each event, providing insights and detailed post-event reports to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement. Use data to optimize event strategies and ensure future events are more effective. 


What We Are Looking For: 


We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”. It’s more important to us to find candidates who can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have ‘been there, done that”. There are a few must haves, but we will keep that list short:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Commerce 
  • Proven experience in event management, including planning, executing, and analyzing in-person and virtual events such as conferences, tradeshows, and webinars. 
  • Innovative and resourceful with the interest and desire to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics 
  • Strong customer-service orientation 
  • Ability to take ownership of projects, as well as multi-tasking multiple concurrent priorities
  • Superior attention to detail, creative problem solving, time-management and organizational skills 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors in a multicultural and multilingual environment. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously across different time zones and regions.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in one or more European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian) is highly preferred. 

  • Please note: Ability to travel within the European region up to 25% of the time is required. 

Nice To Haves:

  • Candidates who have previous experience working within a marketing department may be preferred, with typically 1-2 years on average.
  • Experience managing logistics for global events, including coordinating the shipping and distribution of event materials. 
  • Experience in driving partner-supported events and ensuring process standardization across global teams. 
  • Experience with event technology including Cvent, Zoom and ON24, marketing automation platform (e.g. Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce) are an asset.

  • The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).

  • Compensation Range:
  • MIN: £32,800 - MID: £41,000 - MAX: £49,200 - Currency: GBP
  • MIN: €43,200 - MID: €54,000 - MAX €64,800 - Currency: EUR
