Description

The Role:

At Atarim, we are revolutionizing how teams and agencies collaborate on web projects. Our innovative SaaS platform streamlines communication and enhances workflow efficiencies, driving productivity and ensuring successful outcomes. 

We aim to make technical support a proactive and integral part of the client experience. We're looking for a Mid-Level Technical Support Agent with a strong focus on Laravel. While knowledge of ReactJS and WordPress is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for solving complex technical issues, and be available to work the required PM shift from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM CST (10:00 PM-6:00 AM GMT+8).

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve client issues primarily related to Laravel, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide top-tier support to clients through chat, email, and phone, maintaining clear and friendly communication.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document all client interactions and technical issues in our support ticketing system.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring a smooth handoff and resolution.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the support knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues and sharing best practices with the team.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Laravel to provide informed and effective support. Knowledge of ReactJS and WordPress is a plus, but not required.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong experience with Laravel.
    • Optional: Familiarity with ReactJS and WordPress.
    • Understanding of web technologies, databases, and API integrations.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Ability:
    • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Work Ethic:
    • Availability to work the required PM shift from 2:00 PM-10:00 PM UK time or 3:00 PM-11:00 PM UK time.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote support environment.
    • Strong team collaboration skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
