Position Overview and Objective

 

Proactively engage in activities with Channel partners to identify and grow sales opportunities for AW.  Lead the Channel Engagement Strategy for the NSP / LSP Partner ecosystem.

 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Drive partner engagement strategy with focus on rep acquisition, demand generation events, and training delivery.

Build demand generation strategies including communications, incentives, executive engagement, and rep activation.

Facilitate and drive collaboration with direct and channel sales teams work with national channel partners.

Develop a cohesive business plan with the partner executive team and drive effective execution and regular business reviews against that plan.

Work with other AW sales resources to support identified opportunities.

Consistently articulate AW value proposition to national partners while effectively articulating the requirements, expectations, and benefits of the AW Program.

 

Key Skills

Proven experience managing channel partners in a technology environment

Experience in facilitating onboarding and enablement activities for channel partners

Knowledge of software/services channel ecosystems

Familiarity with CRM and forecasting systems

Strong Negotiation skills

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively as a company representative

Strong Presentation skills

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in channel/partner development and management

2 years in seat as NAM

Proven record of success (at Arctic Wolf or outside)

Willingness to travel up to 50%

 

Preferred Qualifications

Previous technology, SaaS, Cloud-based, and/or Security sector experience

Previous direct selling or field marketing experience a plus
