  • Support onboarding and integration of new team members (external contractors, transformation team, Key Users)
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing logistics (ITEST, UAT) and training scheduling across two locations.
  • Ensure task management hygiene in project management tools and frameworks and alignment with programme-level reporting.
  • Prepare clear, concise status reports and steering committee materials - translating technical progress into plain language.
  • Support upward communication to programme sponsors and regional leadership.
  • Partner with the Change Management stream to ensure alignment between project delivery and organisational readiness activities.
  • Business Partner with Supply Planning leads to ensure effective tools and process adoption

What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
  • 5+ years of project management or PMO experience, ideally within technology or transformation projects

  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and comfort with ambiguity.
