As Parallel Wireless continues to grow, we are looking for an Office Administrator and Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Bristol, for our UK offices.   


The Office Administrator and Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for general administration, operational and logistics tasks and will contribute to the office life day to day and through organizing events.  You will report to the HR Business Partner in the Bristol office.


You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company and outside the company. 


You will also work on Talent Acquisition for the UK site, having contact with hiring managers globally and assisting with finding the right talent for our expanding international business of software and hardware engineers. 


We are looking for a creative, organized and service-oriented person who wants to be at the forefront of our office. 

We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants for this role, depending on candidate suitability. 

What you’ll do:

  • Organizing our sites: day to day interactions with our landlords and working with the HR Business Partner HSE requirements and documentation 
  • Have a key role in hiring at Parallel Wireless UK and abroad, reaching out to candidates to organise interviews and helping find the right CV for the role! 
  • Visit and maintain relationships with Parallel Wireless’ other UK sites 
  • Managing and tracking of customer quotations / POs and other related invoices 
  • Dealing with suppliers and vendors and ordering office supplies 
  • Managing the office + lab inventory to aid the asset management process 
  • Arranging internal and external meetings 
  • Maintaining parking rota and office calendar 

What you must have:

  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment 
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks 
  • Significant experience in administration and talent acquisition 
  • Excellent communication skills, team worker 
  • Experience working in a tech company- Advantage
  • Driving license and a car–Advantage
