Order Management Coordinator

Leeds / Hybrid – typically 3 days per week

 

As we continue to grow, we are excited to add an Order Management (OM) Coordinator to our EMEA Operations Organisation based in Leeds.

 

 

As an OM Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of sales orders to meet SharkNinja clients’ expectations, provide customer service to our retailers and internal stakeholders as well as perform general administrative tasks. You will be interfacing with freight providers, 3PL providers, and various clients.  

 

 

The successful candidate will maximise customer service levels, while driving reduction in lead-times and operating costs. 

 

 

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

 

 

The OM Coordinator will oversee the successful fulfilment of sales orders from various customers ensuring deliveries from suppliers are correctly received and ensuring inventory at all 3PL logistics providers are maintained in sync with SharkNinja’s own records. The successful candidate will need to work very closely with the Supply Chain and Accounts and Sales teams, as well as with 3PL providers and customers. 

 

 

  • Processing Purchase Orders
  • Recording and Tracking and Reporting on order status
  • Pricing validation 
  • Validate inventory availability and allocation
  • Securing delivery date and time via client central booking
  • Follow the order fulfilment process until successful completion
  • Monitoring and resolving any system discrepancy
  • Owning the client requirements from an operational perspective
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Overseeing successful processing of purchase and sales orders
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers
  • Plan and track shipments according to customer requirements
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders
  • Prepare accurate reports for management 
  • Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
  • Take steps to avoid delays or quality issues
  • Drive continuous improvement

 

 

Some of the skills and experience you will bring:

 

 

  • Previous Logistics experience is preferable, however a good attention to details and being a ‘team player’ are equally important. IT literacy and the willingness to learn are also relevant. 
  • Advanced excel and strong IT literacy, ideally including ERP systems
  • Drive, ambition and enthusiasm to deliver results and progress within the organisation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented with ability to take ownership, drive results, and manage projects to completion
  • High energy level with ability to multitask and open to changing direction
  • A willingness to learn and adjust with the ever-changing demands of a fast-moving business environment
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities and ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
