You’ll lead a team of up to 10 Plan Specialists, working within a wider community of around 70 colleagues, and play a critical role in delivering complex, time sensitive award and vesting events accurately and on schedule. With strong visibility and real influence, you’ll help shape how activity is delivered across multiple countries.

A role you will love
This is a hands on leadership role in a fast paced, high pressure environment where every day is different, and the pace is set by the vesting calendar. You’ll be at the centre of delivery, balancing people leadership with operational ownership as priorities shift throughout the year.
You’ll lead, coach and develop your team through peak delivery periods, managing performance, resourcing and engagement, while also overseeing complex vesting events planned well in advance. Alongside day to day delivery, you’ll manage controls and stakeholder communications and play an active role in driving continuous improvement across the operation.
You’ll be responsible for:
- End to end delivery of award and vesting events across multiple plans
- Acting as an escalation point for complex issues or critical incidents, taking decisive action when priorities shift

- Peak delivery periods with intense deadlines
- Stabilisation and review, resolving issues and improving processes
- Forward planning, preparing for the next vesting season
What will you bring to the role?
The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager who thrives in a demanding operational environment, confident making decisions under pressure and taking ownership of outcomes. You’ll bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and the ability to lead, motivate and develop teams through high impact delivery cycles, while constructively challenging ways of working and contributing to the wider leadership group.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven people management experience in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong decision making, prioritisation and problem solving capability
- Clear, confident communicator who remains calm and credible under pressure
- Collaborative leader with the confidence to challenge norms and influence others
- Experience in award’s & vesting’s, employee share plans, financial services or other regulated operations (desirable)
